Celui-ci a également chanté avec Dr. Dre. Chose exceptionnelle car le célèbre rappeur n’avait pas été vu à la télévision depuis 10 ans déjà !
Mais le grand gagnant surprise, c’est le trio country Lady Antebellum, avec cinq trophées dont celui de la chanson de l’année pour sa ballade « Need You Now« .
Autre évènement : Lady Gaga a dévoilé son nouveau titre Born This Way. Et comme à son habitude, elle s’est faite remarquée par son apparition où elle est entrée sur scène à l’intérieur d’un œuf géant, comme pour symboliser une renaissance !
